Shipping Policy
All orders are delivered within the UAE using local delivery services. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery option:

Standard UAE Delivery – 20 AED
Covers most UAE cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and central Al Ain. -
Remote Areas Delivery – 35 AED
Covers remote and extended locations such as Western Region and Al Ain outskirts (e.g. Al Khatam, Sweihan, Nahil, Al Khazna, and similar areas).
If a delivery option is selected incorrectly, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the correct delivery fee.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE. Payment is collected upon successful delivery of your order.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of used and collectible items, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
- Opened or used video games
- Used consoles or accessories
- Items where the condition was clearly stated before purchase
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
- The item arrives damaged due to delivery handling
- The item received is significantly different from its description
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Condition Disclosure
All products are inspected, tested, and graded according to our Condition Guide. Condition refers to physical appearance and packaging, unless stated otherwise.
