Shipping Policy

All orders are delivered within the UAE using local delivery services. As a small business, every item is individually inspected, packed, and prepared before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for processing and dispatch after order confirmation. Many orders may be shipped sooner.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery option:

• Standard UAE Delivery – 20 AED
  Covers most UAE cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and central Al Ain.
• Remote Areas Delivery – 35 AED
  Covers remote and extended locations such as the Western Region and Al Ain outskirts.

Delivery time includes both processing time and courier transit time. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery speed depends on the courier service and destination.
