Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of used, retro, collectible, and pre-owned items, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not accepted for change of mind, compatibility issues that were not confirmed before purchase, or items where the condition was clearly described before purchase.

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions may be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged due to delivery handling
  • The item received is significantly different from its description
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item has an undisclosed defect

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.

We reserve the right to inspect all claims before approving any refund, replacement, exchange, or compensation request.
